Regular manicures are the best way of achieving and maintaining beautifully healthy natural nails. Hands, nails and cuticles will be more hydrated and the hand and arm massage can relieve muscle and joint aches and pains. Manicure pampering is very relaxing and can be a great stress reliever. I also offer a special program for nail biters to help break the habit and allow their nails and fingers to recover.

Why not add in a hot paraffin wax treatment for extra relief from dry skin conditions or muscle and joint pain. Great for stimulating blood circulation.
